We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are granted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrongitem. To request a refund, you must contact our customer service within seven days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs or a video showing the issue, along with a detailed explanation, your order number, and your contact details.
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within five to ten business days. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, mistaken purchases, or general dissatisfaction.
